The X-ium Skating Premio S3 is an ultra-light, high-performance World Cup Series skate ski for warm conditions and wet snow. The new carbon tip reduces weight by 20-30 grams. A lower and shorter tip provides less swing weight and improved maneuverability. For superior stability at pushoff, Rossignol's Racing Cobra sidecut widens at the tip, keeping the ski on the snow while Control Edge technology gives skiers twist-resistant torsional rigidity. The Double Groove Guide gives skiers effortless tracking and directional control as Catapult camber provides excellent rebound. The Nomex Honeycomb core is lightweight with excellent compression and strength. With the IFP skiers are enabled easy assembly of bindings and can personalize the ski's on-snow behavior.

A unique contact zone on each model affects how the skier weight is distributed over the snow, creating a "footprint" that's perfectly adjusted to excel in a specific snow conditions.
Each X-IUM model features an alpha-numerics name (for example: S2), denoting the discipline and snow conditions it's designed for.
Skate (S) or Clasic (C):
Thanks to the combination of an ultra-light Nomex honeycomb core and the new Ultra High Densolite sidewalls, the new Worldcup Skate Featherlight is one of the lightest skis at the Nordic World Cup. The Featherlight produces an extremely explosive kick and is much more dynamic in the glide phase. This enables performance-driven skiers to convert power into high speeds more efficiently than ever before. Cold camber adjustment creates long gliding surface for fast glide and improved acceleration in snow temps below -5 C.
